He was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone before the repair work was carried out for the failure of the five-point locking system in my door. Brilliant local business. I was really pleased that the person that I spoke to on the phone was the same person that came to carry out the repairs, being at home on my own, that really put my mind at rest.
